Pinterest searches for "caramel nude nails" have risen 943% YoY, signaling a growing trend in warm nail shades as we head into the colder months.

As Bambicore, or the soft woodland aesthetic, continues to delight doe-eyed consumers this fall in beauty and fashion, it’s color—caramel cashmere—is gaining traction as fall 2026’s leading nail hue.
Pinterest searches for “caramel nude nails” have risen 943% YoY, signaling a growing trend in warm nail shades as we head into the colder months.
Experts at booking platform Fresha say the hue softens the traditional autumn brown with a milky caramel, golden toffee and a hint of nude, finished with a glossy sheen.
“Caramel cashmere is essentially the nail equivalent of putting on your favorite cashmere jumper,” said Annabelle Taurua, beauty expert at Fresha. “It’s warm, soft and comforting, but still looks incredibly chic.”
According to Taurua, choosing a shade with the right undertone is critical to nailing the look.
“The key to Caramel Cashmere is choosing a caramel shade with a creamy, beige undertone rather than anything too orange or yellow,” she said. “You want the color to look soft and expensive, almost like caramel has been mixed with a classic nude.”
For a flattering finish, Taurua recommends applying two thin coats rather than one thick layer. This keeps the color slightly translucent to achieve a soft, syrupy quality that makes Caramel Cashmere different from a traditional brown manicure. And the glossier the better.
“A glossy top coat is essential. It catches the light and gives the nails that freshly melted caramel effect, while also making the color look richer and more dimensional.”
